Active Living Program Update 

Please note the Active Living Rewards Program will be closing on 31st December 2018.


As a valued customer our commitment is to provide you with more everyday value, personalised service in stores, exclusive access to shop new collections first and the latest in health and wellness. Closing this program will further empower us to deliver on this commitment.


The last date to earn points under the current program is 31st December 2018.

All outstanding points will be valid up to their expiry date (6 months form the original transaction date they were earnt) up until the 30th June 2019. You can continue to redeem these in your nearest Lorna Jane store or online at until this date. 


To view your current points balance please login to your online account here or create an account with the same email you registered with in store. Your points will be visible in your online account within 48 hours.  

You can also request your points balance in store.

Can I still earn points?

Yes. You can earn points up until 31 December, 2018 on purchases in Lorna Jane stores and online at


Can I still redeem my points?

You have 6 months from purchase in which to redeem your points. Final points will expire on June 30th 2019.


Can I still access my account?

Yes. Log into your account online as per normal or ask in store for your points balance and value.
