Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post with Australia Post for a charge of $10 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Please note, that due to extreme weather conditions across Australia there may be delays with Australia Post and your parcel arrival. If you have any concerns please check your tracking and reach out to 13 POST with any enquiries. The safety of postie and van deliveries is priority of course.
We use DHL international & Airmail for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge of $20 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” Lorna Jane will not be held liable for missing parcels.
All Lorna Jane orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
