AUSTRALIA

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via Express Post with Australia Post for a charge of $10 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within Australia will receive complimentary shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 business days from dispatch. If you are ordering on our Australian site but sending to an international address, please note that charges are $20 to send to New Zealand and $75 to send to the rest of the world. You may also incur import duties/taxes/customs charges in your destination country. This is not part of our delivery charge and we recommend you investigate the import regulations of your country. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We use DHL international & Airmail for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery location within these countries (New Zealand, Cook Islands, Fiji, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Norfolk Island, Nauru, Niue, French Polynesia, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Palau, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanatu, Wallis and Futuna, Samoa and New Caledonia) will receive a charge of $20 shipping. All orders with a delivery location outside of the countries listed above will receive a charge of $75 shipping. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please contact our Customer Care team if you have any questions prior to ordering.

 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safedrop” Lorna Jane will not be held liable for missing parcels.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Lorna Jane orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPSTER

SHIPSTER

Shipster is a pre-paid postal service offered by Australia Post. You need to register with Australia Post to select this shipping option. The order must be a minimum of $25 and the delivery address within Australia. To find out more information about Shipster, you can visit auspost.com.au/shipster/help to read their FAQ or contact the dedicated Shipster customer care team.

Can other people use my Shipster account?
Households may use a single Shipster account for purchases from family members living at the same address. The account cannot be shared outside a household.

Can I ship to areas outside of metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane?
Once you have registered to become a Shipster member, you may have orders delivered to anywhere in Australia. Currently Shipster is restricting sign-ups to residents in metro Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

When will free delivery be applied?
Once you have signed up to Shipster, all you need to do is enter your email address at the checkout process when Shipster is selected (the same one you have signed up to Shipster with), and free delivery will be automatically applied. There is no need for promo codes.
