The nominated currency used for all transactions on www.lornajane.com.au is Australian Dollars (AUD$) and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders containing an Australian address. When Australian goods are exported (sent to a delivery address outside Australia) then the GST component of the price will be removed and the export price will be exclusive of GST. This will adjust automatically at your checkout when your address is entered.
Lorna Jane ships to most destinations around the world via DHL. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address can not be entered please provide alternative address details. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days of dispatch. Please note, DHL are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, so when placing your order please provide a physical postal address. We recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding importing costs that may be liable at your destination country. Our international shipping charges ($20 New Zealand, $75 rest of the world) are transport costs only. Lorna Jane does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund. Lorna Jane will offer the service of our Active Concierge service to source from our Australian retail stores if the styles are not available in the online store warehouse.
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Lorna Jane Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Active Living Rewards is Lorna Jane’s members only loyalty program. Membership to the program is open to individuals only and applies in the country the member joined in. There is no purchase or joining fee to be a part of the program. To join a member must provide a current email address and or contact phone number. Successful applicants will be assigned a membership number and if using their account online will need to register with that same email address. A Member may change his/her password by logging into their account on www.lornajane.com.au . The Member's name, email address, phone number, birth date, address and recent Points transactions may be used for security purposes to identify a Member or confirm a Points transaction on behalf of a Member. Points may only be earned, redeemed or transferred in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Points are eligible for redemption at any time by the member, via Australian Lorna Jane retail stores or www.lornajane.com.au . No Membership card will be issued to Members for the Program. The Membership number issued by Lorna Jane to each Member or the Member's registered email address shall be used by each Member to confirm the Member's Membership of the Program and to allow earning and redeeming of Points. Lorna Jane Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.lornajane.com.au in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or Physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified). For security purposes our maximum Gift Card value to purchase online is $300 AUD. If you wish to purchase a higher amount please contact our Customer Care team on 13 89 90 or via firstname.lastname@example.org . Lorna Jane gift cards are valid for use in their country of issue in both Lorna Jane owned retail stores or www.lornajane.com.au. Lorna Jane gift cards cannot be redeemed at portable Lorna Jane events, including warehouse sales. Gift Cards are treated by Lorna Jane as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that Lorna Jane Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Lorna Jane Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore: -They do not include GST; -They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts. Lorna Jane Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which is noted by an expiry date on the card. Gift cards issued or received as a gift for consumers in NSW will have a 3 year expiry date effective from March 31st 2018. To be eligible, the consumer must be in NSW at the time of sale, provide a NSW address and provide proof that the recipient is a NSW resident for a gift card to have a 3 year expiry date. If these terms are not met, the original 12 month expiry date will be applied. The 3 year expiry date does not apply to marketing gift cards, donations or card issued prior to March 31st 2018. Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Amounts deposited on to a Lorna Jane gift card in Australia are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Lorna Jane cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. Gift Cards are not refundable (in part or in full or amount paid) or redeemable for cash.
